Decoiling equipment
Group of equipment which prepares the top and bottom metal sheet to the forming process.
Equipment list:
» Decoilers and loading coil car with load capacity from 5 to 15 tons;
» Preparation area facilities: feeders, roller conveyors, shearing machine for coil and production changing with automatic joining.

Metal sheet decoiler with coil car.
Double guillotine
Double guillotine for coil change and first cut of the metal sheet.
Auto joining
Applies a piece of tape in order to connect toghether two different coils and continue the production.
Blue tape
Applies adhesive tape on the sheet to ease detachment of the overlap on the head/tail of the panel.
