The band saw is a machine designed to cross cut insulated panels at plant speed. It’s equipped with a blade to cut panels and a disk to cut the overlap of panels during the overlap panel production.

The machine is equipped with a blade rotation device that turns the blade 180° allowing a cut on the outbound and the return stroker, thereby optimising the cycle time.

The machine is positioned after the double belt and covered by a metallic frame and sound-absorbing panels.

The cutting panels quality is constantly controlled by the software.
